Refund policy

At STG ARENA, we are committed to ensuring that users receive value for their purchases. Because our services involve access to digital content and contact details, we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we provide profile replacement under specific conditions, as outlined below.

1. Eligible Purchase

This policy only applies to purchases made under the Pay-Per-Profile (Pay-Per-View Number) option.
It does not apply to any other plans, subscriptions, or payment options on STG ARENA.

2. When You Can Request a Replacement

You may request a replacement profile only if all the following conditions are met:

  • You purchased a profile using the Pay-Per-Profile option.
  • You attempted to contact the model using both phone call and WhatsApp.
  • After 24 hours from the time of purchase, the number is still not reachable on both call and WhatsApp.
  • You contact STG ARENA to report the issue.

3. How to Submit a Request

To request a replacement, you must:

  • Contact STG ARENA via WhatsApp or
  • Submit a support ticket on our website.

Your message must include:

  • The name of the model/profile you purchased
  • Your Order Number (#Order ID)
  • A brief explanation of the issue (that the number is not reachable on call and WhatsApp after 24 hours)

4. Verification Process

Before any replacement is approved, STG ARENA will:

  • Verify your Order Number to confirm that:
    • The purchase was made, and
    • It was made using the Pay-Per-Profile option.
  • Attempt to contact the model on our side to confirm whether the number is truly unreachable.

5. Resolution (No Cash Refunds)

If STG ARENA confirms that the number is indeed unreachable:

  • No cash refund will be issued.
  • Instead, STG ARENA will assign you a different profile/number free of charge.
  • You will be allowed to choose from available options, and we will assist you in completing the replacement.

6. Important Notes

  • This policy is designed to ensure fairness to both users and models.
  • Abuse of this policy, false claims, or repeated suspicious requests may result in account restrictions.
  • STG ARENA reserves the right to make the final decision after verification.
