Very poor customer service.

After I sent the payment/SVC proof showing that the money had already been delivered, Mandy asked me to wait 10 minutes. However, it took over 20 minutes for her to call back because she said she wanted to check her balance first.

When she eventually called, the conversation was not professional. She also complained about positioning her phone because her face might be visible on camera. I explained that this was something she could manage herself, for example by wearing a mask or covering her face if she preferred. She then ended the call and never called back.

Unfortunately, the phone camera quality and lighting were also very poor, which made the whole experience even more difficult. Based on my experience, I would not recommend her service.
